WRAP SEAL PLUS® RESIN & ACTIVATOR
A corrosion protection and reinforcement system suitable for pipes, tanks, vessels, machinery, joints and larger surfaces.
Features:
• Corrosion barrier and isolator
• High adhesion strength
• Excellent alkali and acid resistance
• Ease of application using paint rollers and paint brushes
• Applicable for pipes, tanks, and large surfaces
Application:
• Applied as a corrosion coating on pipes, storage tanks, vessels, exhaust lines, bulkheads, machinery, joints, and large surfaces.
• Applied with Wrap Seal PLUS® Uncoated Fiberglass Tape, Chopped Strand Mat, or Surface Tissue for reinforcement, bonding, and lamination.
SEALXPERT® UNDERWATER PETRO PASTE
A petrolatum-based compound designed for corrosion protection applications on wet and underwater metal surfaces.
Features:
• Petrolatum-based compound
• Contains no Volatile Organic Compounds
• Can be applied by inexperienced personnel
• No shutdowns or cure time are necessary
Application:
• Can be applied to marginally prepared surfaces (SSPC SP 2-3)
• Applied to very wet or underwater surfaces
• May be applied underwater by gloved hand, stiff-bristle brush, or roller
• Preparation of metal surfaces underwater prior to the application of SealXpert® Petro Tapes
SEALXPERT® POLY INNER WRAP 980
An inner wrapping system designed to provide corrosion protection for steel pipelines and ductile iron pipes.
Features:
• Worldwide reference lists
• Uniform coating thickness
• Resistant to soil stress
• Impermeable to oxygen and moisture
• Low cathodic protection-current requirements
• Compatible with all pipe diameters and generic plant coating systems
• Max operating temperature: 85 °C (185 °F)
Application:
• Corrosion protection of steel pipelines
• Can also be used for ductile iron pipes
SEALXPERT® POLY OUTER WRAP 955
An outer wrapping system designed to bond with the Poly Inner Wrap 980 layer and provide additional handling and in-service protection.

• Uniform coating thickness
• Resistant to soil stress
• Impermeable to oxygen and moisture
• Low cathodic protection-current requirements
• Compatible with all pipe diameters and generic plant coating systems
• Max operating temperature: 85 °C (185 °F)
Application:
• Corrosion protection of steel pipelines
• Achieves a complete bond to the #980 inner layer, providing maximum handling and in-service protection for the coating system
• Can also be used for ductile iron pipes
SEALXPERT® POLY WRAP 930
A heavy-duty, conformable wrapping solution for corrosion protection of straight pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, bends and other irregular configurations.
Features:
• Heavy-duty adhesive
• Conformable to irregular shapes
• No release liner; fast and easy to apply
• Reliable, high-performance corrosion protection
• Retains conformability over a wide temperature range with an elevated level of shear resistance

• Designed for corrosion protection of straight pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, bends, elbows, carbon steel pipes, and other irregular configurations
ZINGA® Film Galvanising System
ZINGA® is a unique anti-corrosion solution that combines both active and passive protection in an easy-to-apply film galvanising system. It provides active cathodic protection while also forming a durable physical barrier against corrosion.
ZINGA® is a one-component Film Galvanising System containing 96% zinc dust in the dry film. It is a metallic coating rather than a conventional paint. The high purity of the zinc used means that dry ZINGA® does not contain toxic elements.
ZINGA® provides durable corrosion protection for structural steel in demanding industrial environments, making it suitable for use on structural steel components in power plants and other industrial facilities.
It is also an effective solution for protecting pylons and electricity poles, helping to extend the service life of steel structures exposed to harsh environmental conditions.
ZINGA® can also recharge existing galvanic protection, making it a sustainable and effective solution for the corrosion protection of steel bridges, particularly in severe marine and highly corrosive environments.
